Cured and seared ocean trout: video menu feature

This new dish, featuring for the first time on the Garfish Manly menu is proving to be a popular one: Cured and seared ocean trout, with asparagus, orange, rocket, persian fetta and caviar. Executive Chef Stewart and Manly Head Chef Michael team up in this video to demonstrate the dish from start to finish.

New Year, new dishes! Specials in Manly this week

Manly Head Chef Michael Nash is approaching the new year with some great new seafood dishes. This week (Manly only) we have a great dish on as a special: Ocean trout tartare with seared scallop, pickled enoki mushrooms, finger lime, flying fish roe, nori and white soy dressing.
