The perfect blend of warmth and light at Manly

Entrees

salt cod and scallop filled zucchini flowers w/ smoked caponata and watercress

Yes, it’s back! This is a perennial favourite at Manly and we didn’t want to keep you waiting any longer. It’s perfect for the autumn weather as it’s both hearty and warming, the sweet and sour flavours of the braised and smoked vegetables in the smoked caponata giving it a distinct Garfish twist.

ocean trout tartare and seared scallops w/ pickled enoki mushrooms, finger lime, flying fish roe and white soy dressing

The many layers in this complex dish will take you on a journey – but we promise it’s a smooth one! This hot and cold entree incorporates an ocean trout tartare made with gherkins, capers and eschallots. We’ve added in some enoki mushrooms, then finger limes, which are currently in season, and you’ll be wishing this was a main!

Mains

atlantic salmon and moreton bay bug ravioli w/ tomato, black olive, pancetta and baby cress

This one is a perfect autumn dish! Two large ravioli portions stuffed to the brim with salmon and moreton bay bugs, are joined with a light accompaniment of tomatoes, virgin olive oil and olives. It promises a clean, balanced flavour with a hint of sweet, buttery goodness from the bugs and ravioli.

crisp fried whole barramundi w/ a green papaya and peanut salad and nahm jim caramel
