Now that winter is here it’s hard to deny the chill in the air. If you’re thinking of staying home where it’s warm, our chefs at Manly have created a new selection of dishes certain to have you braving the cold. Once you’ve arrived, our heaters will keep you toasty warm and you can take in the harbour views while you enjoy some of our award-winning seafood. You might even forget it’s winter outside.

Would you like some prawns to start your meal? Try our crisp fried prawns and pork belly w/ betel leaf, green papaya, asian herbs and nam jim caramel.

Or perhaps you’ve got a soft spot for scallops? Our grilled scallops w/ bone marrow croquette, witlof, apple, walnuts and blue cheese dressing are not to be missed this winter.

And from our wood fired oven we have wood roasted baby octopus w/ chorizo, semi dried tomatoes, black olives, preserved lemon and chilli vinaigrette.

There’s nothing like a satisfying pasta dish during winter and our sautéed prawn linguine w/ fennel, red onion, smoked cherry tomatoes and basil pesto won’t disappoint.

If you’re in the mood for whole fish and nothing else will do, this winter you can try our Asian inspired crisp fried whole baby barramundi w/ boo chou and chinese black bean sauce.
