Restaurant managerial opportunities

Front of house – waitstaff
Our venues are open over 7 days a week and two of the three restaurants are open from breakfast thought to dinner each day. We continually seek staff to greet and serve our customers. Again, very happy to hear form individuals seeking to work with us to maintain our award winning standards.
Apprentices – 2012
Garfish Restaurants Manly, Crows Nest and Kirribilli are seeking enthusiastic, motivated professional, trade qualified chefs and apprentices for 2012.
This is a career enhancing opportunity to be part of Garfish restaurants, a multi award winning, well resourced and supported business which leads the field in modern contemporary seafood cookery.
You will be handling and cooking premium seafood from around Australia and New Zealand sourced directly from the Sydney Fish market auction floor and from individual growers.
You will be working in a driven, passionate and disciplined team.
You will need to be a thorough and focused individual, interested in contributing to and developing a food and working culture with other professionals.
You will be required to work shifts on weekends and be prepared to work 45-50 hours per week.
