This week’s “Dine n Dash” lunch special in Kirribilli is a great dish designed by head chef Chris Lowe.
Saffron pappardelle with smoked ocean trout & cherry tomatoes, garlic & basil (pictured opposite)
This matched with a glass of Babich “black label” Pinot Gris ’09 from New Zealand will make a lunch date with Garfish very worth while!
