Last night we held our second event for Sydney Food Bloggers,  we had a great night with Stewart Wallace the Garfish Executive Chef on hand to introduce and discuss each dish.

The event held in our Private Dining Room in Manly (pictured below) featured dishes from our new Autumn menu that is now available in all three Garfish Restaurants. The idea behind the event is to give bloggers an opportunity to get a preview of our new menus.

Stewart’s selection for the evening included:

Main: prawn and scallop cannelloni with white beans, grilled cherry tomatoes, avruga caviar and shellfish bisque

Dessert: assiette of desserts, nougat and honey semifreddo, hazelnut pavlova and baby belgian waffle with caramelised banana and rum & raisin ice cream
