Now in its 26th year, The Manly Food, Wine and Sustainability Festival is taking place this weekend, Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd June. The event takes place in the heart of Manly along The Corso and picturesque Manly beach and attracts up to 30,000 food and wine enthusiasts, both locally and interstate, as well as from overseas.
Garfish will be among an array of Manly restaurants and NSW wineries showcasing their fare. There will also be live entertainment, roving music and entertainment and cooking demonstrations on offer.
Garfish is proud to be included in these cooking demonstrations. Garfish Executive Chef, Stewart Wallace, and Manly’s Head Chef, Michael Nash, will be cooking up a storm, Garfish-style, live on the Beachfront stage from 2.30pm Sunday.
They’ll demonstrate why Garfish has been voted Australia’s Best Seafood Restaurant two years running* by creating, in front of a live audience, a delicious dish of Barbequed chermoula marinated Spencer Gulf king Prawns with parsley and preserved lemon salad, cous cous and minted yoghurt.
Don’t miss out on all the fabulous food and entertainment on offer this weekend and we hope to see you there!
