Our prix fixe menu in our Manly restaurant has been very well received since we started 3 weeks ago. If you’ve not read about it already we have a special 2 course menu available Monday to Friday for a set price of $40 per person.
The menu changes each week, Head Chef Michael Nash and his team keep the menu circulating to ensure that there’s always something special to try.
The prix fixe menu for this week is outlined below:
prawn & pork spring roll w/ 3 flavour dipping sauce
salt and pepper squid w/ chilli, garlic, coriander and lime
salted hapuka & smoked barramundi fish cakes w/ celeriac remoulade, rocket & almonds
pappadelle w/ smoked fish, chorizo, mussels, cherry tomato, chilli & garlic
grilled king dory w/kaffir lime beurre blanc, mash & english spinach
wood roasted 200g pork cutlet w/ smoked eggplant, chickpea, rocket & grilled haloumi w/ dukkah yoghurt
pavlova w/ rhubarb, strawberries & spiced mascarpone
belgian waffle w/ hokey pokey ice cream, caramel sauce & almonds
raspberry & white chocolate crème brulee w/ almond madeleines
The 2 course menu also includes a complimentary glass of beer or wine, this week the options are:

Our prix fixe lunchtime menu is only available at Garfish Manly, from 12 noon each day between Monday and Friday.
