Manly Garfish named a finalist in the Local Business Awards

The awards are the most comprehensive business awards program covering a wide variety of industry categories and aim to pay tribute to and reward the local community’s best businesses. The team at Manly would like to thank all those customers who voted. Winners will be announced at the Gala Awards Night on the 1st July.

What’s for lunch this week at Manly?

Manly’s weekday lunchtime special is proving popular and why wouldn’t it be when you can select 2 courses and a glass of beer or wine from our Prix Fixe lunch menu for only $40 per person? Come down and enjoy the harbour views from the warmth and comfort of our conveniently located restaurant, only a short stroll from the ferry or Corso. Here’s a sample of what our Prix Fixe menu looks like this week:

gin cured salmon w/ orange, persian feta, fennel fronds & beetroot chips

salt & pepper squid w/ chilli, garlic, coriander and lime

salted hapuka & scallop cakes w/ fennel & apple remoulade, watercress & walnuts

fish and chips crisp fried in aged beer batter w/ tartare & lemon

wood roasted mulloway w/ kaffir lime beurre blanc, mash & spinach

wood roasted king george whiting w/ red onion tart, herb salad, radish, feta & green olive dressing

Garfish Kirribilli donates table for a cause

In the aftermath of the Nepal earthquake, the hospitality industry pulled together under the banner of Tables 4 A Cause and raised $33,000 for the Australian Red Cross Nepal Region Earthquake Appeal. Tables, wine and produce were donated by the hospitality industry to be auctioned online with 100% of proceeds going to the appeal. Kirribilli donated a table for 4 people, which included 3 courses and two bottles of wine.

Did you know Kirribilli is taking bookings after 8pm?

In the past diners at Kirribilli Garfish have been able to book tables between 6 and 6.30pm, but we’ve recently reviewed our booking policy and customers can now also call to arrange table bookings from 8pm onwards.
