Originally established in 2002, Garfish Kirribilli has become a popular choice among locals in the area.
Respected for providing a dining experience delivering fresh fish in a casual but professional setting, locals have come to expect both the consistency of our signature dishes, as well as an interesting and changing menu in response to the seasons.
Kirribilli recently made the decision to start changing their menu monthly, instead of each season.
Garfish Executive Chef, Stewart Wallace, explains what diners can expect from the more regularly changing menus. “As the smallest of the three Garfish restaurants, this gives us more flexibility. We’ve always been responsive to the seasons with our seasonally changing menus, but now we’re able to go a step further at Kirribilli. By having a menu that changes monthly, our chefs will be able to create dishes that take advantage of the season’s freshest produce.”
For locals, this means they can expect to see fresh, new dishes on the menu on a regular basis. There will also be bigger selection of share plates. However if you’re in the mood for a Garfish favourite, like fish and chips or the snapper pie, rest assured these signature dishes will remain a permanent feature on the changing menus.
