The summer 2014 menu is available at all three Garfish Restaurants now. Earlier this week Garfish chefs Stewart and John met in Kirribilli to demonstrate one of the new dishes from the spring menu. This time we’re featuring an entrée: cured, seared atlantic salmon niçoise served with crumbed poached egg & red wine vinaigrette.
