Autumn is here and this means a new menu at our Manly restaurant. We think our chefs have done a fantastic job of creating a range of new dishes suited to the cooler evenings and featuring the best produce of the season.

Seafood dishes not to miss this autumn at Manly
Let’s start with these Grilled scallops w/ spiced apple puree, black pudding and hazelnut crumble, and baby cress. We think you’ll agree they’re tempting!
Or how about these Char grilled baby octopus w/ smoked tomatoes pickled cucumber grilled haloumi and sumac aioli?
Seafood lovers can’t go past this Yellowfin tuna tartare w wakame, soba noodles, pickled ginger, ponzu and wasabi crumbs this autumn.
And our regulars will be pleased to know that zucchini flowers are on the menu this autumn. Pictured here are Crisp fried zucchini flowers filled w atlantic salmon and prawns w avocado, roasted capsicum and pistou dressing.
Meat dishes on our Manly autumn menu
As well as offering award-winning seafood, our Manly restaurant also features a dedicated meat and poultry section on our menu. Just like our seafood, we aim to serve meat dishes of the highest quality. Below is a taste of what you can expect this autumn.
To start with, how about this Duck liver and foie gras pate w port jelly, cornichons and raisin, walnut bread?
For mains, you have a choice of this Char grilled corn fed chicken breast.
Or if you’re in the mood for beef, this Glazed five spiced beef short rib will appeal to meat lovers.
But it will be a hard choice with this 450g Char grilled rib eye cutlet on the menu too!
