With the weather like it was the week before the festival we thought that we were in for a wet one, luckily it cleared and both Saturday and Sunday were mostly fine, bringing out lots of people for this year’s event.

This year we served crumbed South Australian Garfish fillets with a fennel & herb salad. It was very popular with festival goers!
