We have our own in-house facility where we process fresh product from the fish markets, ready for each our restaurants to work with. Because of this our special boards are always filled with fresh and exciting options.
Last we had a selection of great images from our chefs, we were featuring Tasmanian Scallops. Again this week we’re sourcing some beautiful scallops. They are certainly very good at this time of year.

Manly prix fix menu
We’re offering a great lunch time option in Manly.
$40 gets you a choice of two courses from our prix fix menu, served with a glass of wine or beer. The menu changes daily so there’s always something new to try. Our prix fix menu is available Monday to Friday.

John Ikin, Head Chef at Kirribilli has a new curry on as a special. Sri Lanka fish curry with basmati rice and riata. Pictured below, this dish will certainly go a long way to forget the weather outside!
