Our winter menu will be available until mid-September. It offers a range of seasonal flavours taking advantage of the best produce of the season.

Winter entrees & mains
Entree selection will be a hard choice this winter. Fresh fish lovers won’t be able to resist starting their meal at Garfish Manly with this entree of hiramasa kingfish sashimi w/ wakame seaweed, pickled ginger, flying fish roe and ponzu jelly.
For a fusion of flavours there’s these grilled scallops and pork belly w/ pea puree, roasted apple and baby cress on the menu.
Or how about this blue eye trevalla and moreton bay bug raviolo w/ wood roasted scampi and lime beurre blanc. Beautifully presented, we can assure you it tastes as good as it looks!
For something different to start your meal, try this duck liver pate w/ cognac, orange jelly, cornichons and raisin, walnut bread.
If you’re a meat lover, don’t despair. High quality meat dishes feature on all Garfish restaurant menus. At Manly this winter are these tasty braised lamb shanks w/ red wine and rosemary jus.

We may be an award-winning seafood restaurant, but our Manly chefs are equally dedicated to delivering a sweet finish to our meals!
Whether your’e a chocolate lover, craving a warming winter dessert or a fresh finish to your meal, this winter you’re spoiled for choice.
Decadent, resplendent, indulgent – our dark chocolate and frangelico pave w/ salted hazelnut caramel and coffee macaroons is all of these things.
This pavlova w/ fresh strawberries, balsamic reduction and baby basil is perfect for those bright winter days when the sunshine is out and you can feel spring just around the corner.
This dessert combines fresh fruit flavours with the best of winter: caramelised pear and frangipane tart w/ rum and raisin ice cream.
Or if you’re craving a warming winter dessert to comfort, you can’t go past this sticky date and walnut pudding w/ cinnamon ice cream and butterscotch sauce.
