March is officially Australian Pear Month!

A month long culinary celebration of this delicious fruit, Garfish is getting involved to help support Australian pear growers and local farming communities.

At Garfish we regularly incorporate seasonal fruits into our dishes. During Autumn there’s no better time to include the sweet flavour of this inviting fruit, and Crows Nest and Kirribilli are both featuring pear dishes this month. Whether you’re in the mood for a blissfully sweet dessert, have a fish dish in mind, or are just after something light, we’ve got a pear dish for everyone. Here’s what’s on offer:
