It’s the weekend!
We’re still serving our winter menu at all three Garfish Restaurants, however there is some great specials being prepared by our chefs.
At Kirribilli this weekend there is the return of what has been a popular entrée special: crispy fried whitebait with lemon and aoli. Head Chef John Ikin also has an exciting dessert special: roasted white chocolate pannocotta with salted caramel sauce and pistachio tullie.
If you’re heading to manly this weekend, try this special available all weekend: salt and pepper soft shell crab with bean shoots, coriander, chilli and black bean sauce.
