With each change of season all three Garfish Restaurants adopt an updated menu featuring produce that is in sync with the new season.

We have a series of three video presentation of which this is the first one, featuring Executive Chef Stewart Wallace as he visits each restaurant to see what is new.

Stewart along with Kirribilli Head Chef Chris Lowe demonstrate a new dish, hot tea smoked ocean trout with saffron potato salad, that is being served as an entrée at Kirribilli.
