The video kept on banging out when the gentleman was talking, so did not get the whole conversation, especially if he was trying to explain a recipe. Perhaps there is a slight hiccup in the making of the video, apart from that it was interesting to hear what I did hear. I very much though look forward to coming and visiting the restaurant in Manly next month.
