Summer menu highlights this week at Garfish

Summer and seafood – it’s got a certain ring to it, doesn’t it?

Our chefs are spoiling our customers for choice this season and we think you’ll be hard pressed to decide which restaurant to dine at when you see what we’ve got on offer!

First up is this new dish at Kirribilli: Port Phillip Bay scallop ceviche w/ coriander & pomegranate.

Zucchini flowers are featuring in dishes at Manly or if you want to spice things up, try this Manchego & monkfish stuffed zucchini flowers w/ za’atar crumb and red spiced hummus at Crows Nest.

Our chefs love making house made creations. Here’s an image of some house made focaccia lined up ready for service at Crows Nest.
