Each week our Garfish chefs like to add something new and different to the menus taking advantage of seasonal variations in produce. These dishes appear on our blackboard specials, and this week is no exception.
Take a look at this yellowfin tuna with tartare that was available on Wednesday at Manly. It was a popular choice!
