This week Garfish chefs Stewart and Michael got together in Manly to demonstrate one of the popular entrée dishes from the Winter menu: Sautéed parmesan and rosemary crusted sardines served with roasted kipfler potatoes, fennel, sorrel and braised tomato sauce.
