This week Garfish chefs Stewart and Michael got together in Manly to demonstrate one of the popular entrée dishes from the Winter menu: Sautéed parmesan and rosemary crusted sardines served with roasted kipfler potatoes, fennel, sorrel and braised tomato sauce.

Manly’s prix fixe menu is a popular lunch option during the week. Choose 2 courses from our daily prix fixe menu, serviced with a glass of wine or beer for just $40 per person.

chicken & salted hapuka spring rolls w/ green papaya salad and three flavour sauce

pavlova w/rhubarb, strawberries and vanilla mascarpone

belgian waffle w/ hokey pokey ice cream, caramel sauce and almonds

baked whole pear crumble w/ rhubarb ice cream & crème anglaise
