But that’s just the food! At each of our three restaurants we have some very talented bar staff. As well as an extensive wine list and selection of beers (including craft beers), our team love creating cocktails. We have a fantastic cocktail menu available at each restaurant. From sweet to sour, smooth or fruity–there’s classics to choose from as well as unique creations.

It’s a great cocktail for those who like the interplay of sweet and sour. The Pisco Sour originally comes from Peru and Chile, and is considered a South American classic. We’ve added our own spin on this classic cocktail and integrated house-spiced stewed rhubarb to the mix for a truly refreshing experience. The Spiced Rhubarb Pisco Sour is currently available at Crows Nest.
You can enjoy our extensive cocktail menu in a variety of settings. How about a relaxed before dinner drink in the heart of Crows Nest’s cafe district? Or maybe you’d prefer an intimate, al fresco setting at our Kirribilli restaurant, only a short stroll from the Harbour Bridge. Our Manly restaurant has a dedicated bar area and many of our customers like stepping off the ferry in the evening and enjoying a drink to unwind after a long day. Our Manly bar area is also a great spot to start your night out.
