New cocktail menu at Crows Nest

The bar staff at Crows Nest have been hard at work developing a new range of delicious cocktails. These new creations are the perfect way to unwind and relax while you wait for the Garfish chefs to prepare your meal.

Pictured below is a Spiced Rhubarb Pisco Sour.

To create this cocktail, start with the spiced rhubarb and place it in the bottom of the glass. Next, add some fresh lemon and sugar, then the Pisco. Two egg whites join the party for a good shake, then the drink is strained over crushed ice. The final touch is the dehydrated lemon, and there you have it!

That’s why Crows Nest & Kirribilli are now offering ‘Keep Cups’ as an alternative to take away coffee cups. The Keep Cup is good for the environment and looks great too!

A Regular Keep Cup is $24.00 with the first fill free, then $2.80 each fill thereafter. For dedicated coffee lovers, they can choose the Large Keep Cup which costs $26.00 with the first fill free, then $3.30 each fill thereafter.
