As usual there is always a few exciting things posted on our specials board at each of our seafood restaurants.

At Garfish Crows Nest head chef Hamish has a new dessert special: Banoffee pie w/ Italian meringue and vanilla ice cream (pictured opposite).

Also in Crows Nest this week: seard swordfish & king prawn hot pot w/ xo sauce, shallots, coriander & vermicelli noodles.

Seard-swordfish-king-prawn-hot-potOver in Kirribilli, head chef John has this treat available as an entree special:  smoked fish and cauliflower pie with lime beurre blanc and watercress. This dish is pictured below.

Our very own Jordan Newland this week was awarded: apprentice chef of the year. Jordan can be found at Garfish Manly, she’s pictured here just after receiving the award with Manly team members Steph Hanson, Kristin Hooper and Michael Nash.
