Each season we update our menu in each of our Seafood Restaurants. This hasn’t stopped our chefs from creating some exciting and warming specials in each of the restaurants this week.

Earlier this week Hamish from Crows Nest was running this treat as an entrée special: Balmain bug ravioli with bisque sauce.

If you missed that one Thursday and Friday in Crows Nest Hamish has another new and creative dish to try: salmon en croute with watrecress mousse, wilted spinach and beurre blanc.
