Let’s start with the seafood! Back by popular demand is our Crisp fried zucchini flowers filled with prawns and blue eye trevalla w/ roast capsicum and sweet corn salad, harissa aioli.
In the mood for some salmon? This Kaffir lime and lemongrass cured atlantic salmon w/ green papaya & nam jim (GF) is sure to impress the salmon lovers.
Or for a refreshing start to your meal at Manly Garfish there’s this Char grilled baby octopus taramasalata, cherry tomatoes, herb salad and preserved lemon (GF).
Moving on to mains, we’ve got some tasty options for the meat lovers. There’s this Char grilled 250g pork cutlet w apple jus served w garnish of choice.
