With the weather heating up in Sydney our new Garfish summer menus couldn’t come at a better time. This week we give you a taste of some of the delicious dishes you can expect during the summer months from Manly Garfish.

Manly’s entree of Grilled scallops and twice cooked pork belly with pickled daikon and sauteed asian mushrooms and hoison caramel offers a distinctly asian influence to get your meal at Garfish started.
Our range of summer mains has something for everyone
If you’re in the mood for a refreshing summer dish why not try our Chilled king prawn and avocado salad with gazpacho vinaigrette and salmon roe?
Or maybe you love the heat and you’d like to spice things up? Our Fragrant ‘thai’ massaman fish curry with cucumber relish and pilaf rice is the ideal summer curry.
Fish lovers won’t be disappointed with our Crisp Fried Whole Baby Barramundi (GF) with green papaya, thai herbs and nam jim caramel. Subtle sweet and spicy flavours compliment the refreshing qualities of the green papaya making this summer main hard to beat.
Our chefs are always looking for new ways to impress our diners and we think Manly are onto a winner with this unique combination of ‘Beef and bugs’ roasted cape grim sirloin 300g and wood roasted moreton bay bug with cafe de paris butter & chips. It brings you the best of land and sea taking advantage of the woody flavours of Manly’s wood roasting oven.
Sweet summer desserts
It wouldn’t be summer without sweet desserts. Our Belgian waffle with cookies and cream ice cream with mocha sauce and chocolate shavings is pictured below for the sweet tooths with a chocolate craving.
