David, a experience chef at Garfish Manly has been with us since just after the restaurant opened, working his way up from apprentice chef.
He loves the vibe of the restaurant during the busy Friday and Saturday night seatings, “there’s nothing better than finishing at the end of service and feeling that that was great”.
Kaija, a student at Macquarie University, works casually at Garfish Crows Nest as a waitperson. She’s found “the training processes here, it’s quite extensive, you’re not left on your own at all… it’s a good working environment”.
