Recently we wrote a blog post about the new menu format at Garfish Kirribilli. In that post we announced that Kirribilli’s menu is now changing more frequently than each quarter. So far it’s been well received by our guests.

This week we caught up with Stewart, Garfish Executive Chef to see a demonstration of this new dish from the Kirribillli menu: cured Atlantic salmon.
