Even though our name is Garfish, we don’t alway have them on the menu! This weekend though Manly has a dish on the blackboard menu that features whole Garfish, it’s pictured below.


Manly and Crows Nest are serving their new summer menus now. While the old favourites are there (think Snapper pie) there’s also a good selection of new dishes read for the sampling.

One standout from the Manly menu is this treat: grilled scallops & five spiced twice cooked pork belly served with pickled daikon & sautéed asian mushrooms, hoisin caramel

New menu format at Kirribilli

The Manly gym update

Last week we posted a story Why our Garfish Manly staff look a million dollars. The team have been hitting the gym together as a group. Perhaps peer pressure is at play here because more of the team are attending the early morning sessions – it’s addictive. Pictured below is the group this week finishing their workout.
