Our Food

Our chefs source the best seasonal and locally sourced Australian and New Zealand seafood and produce, with some international seafood also on the menu. Sustainably caught Australian lobsters, juicy prawns, the freshest oysters are just the start of what you can enjoy.
Some of our Garfish signature dishes include: Snapper pie, freshly shucked oysters, beer battered fish and chips, with Barramundi fillets consistently one of our most sold dishes.
