We’re delighted to welcome Charles Heidsieck to Garfish Crows Nest as our new house Champagne, and to celebrate, we’re pouring a little more generously.

Join us for an afternoon of Champagne, seafood and long-lunch pleasures, guided by Joël Richard from Oatley Wines, as we explore three distinctive expressions from the celebrated Reims Maison.

Begin with Champagne and canapés, including freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters, before settling in for a main of Humpty Doo barramundi, perfectly paired with Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs.
