We are delighted to present an exclusive collaboration between Philip Shaw Wines and Garfish Crows Nest - an evening celebrating exceptional Australian wine and our oceans finest seafood.
Hosted by CEO and son of Philip Shaw, Damien Shaw, the evening will feature a curated four-course menu with matching wines, alongside relaxed, wine-focused conversation throughout.
Garfish Chefs Mike Nash and Aom Thanyaphan have designed a menu that highlights the diversity of seafood, with each dish complementing the distinctive styles and varietals of the wine on pour; while showcasing the craftsmanship of Philip Shaw wines.
